At Neciqo, we strive to make every transaction seamless and deliver only the highest quality products. Each order is handled with utmost care, and our team ensures strict quality checks before dispatch.

As a standard policy, we do not accept returns for products delivered in perfect and undamaged condition.

However, a product may be eligible for return under the following circumstances:

Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy

At Neciqo, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Our Return, Refund, and Replacement Policy outlines the procedures to address specific situations effectively.


1. Return Request Period

  • 24-Hour Notification: To facilitate proper assessment, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Late Requests: Any return requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.


2. Return and Replacement Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.

  • This video helps us assess the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

  • The complaint must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • Note: Defective electronic items are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

Missing Items

  • If any items are missing from the order, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly displaying the package contents.

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order to allow for a thorough investigation.

  • If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement for the missing item(s) based on our findings.


3. Refund and Replacement Process

Damaged or Defective Products

  • Upon verifying the damage or defect via the unboxing video, we will process a full or partial refund or offer a replacement based on our assessment.

  • In the case of defective electronic items, no return, refund, or replacement will be processed.

Missing Items

  • If we are unable to provide the missing item(s) after verification, we will issue a refund for the missing products.

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customer’s Responsibility: The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the product's safe return.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 7 days of approval.

  • Note: The refund will be issued only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

  • Electronic products.


How to Process a Return/Refund

If you wish to request a return or refund due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us Promptly: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Submit Proof: Provide an unboxing video and any relevant supporting documentation to help us assess your request.

  3. Approval and Instructions: Once the return is approved, we will inform you of the next steps.

  4. Return the Item: Ship the product back to us, ensuring it is properly packaged and protected.

  5. Refund or Replacement: After we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund or replacement, as communicated earlier during the confirmation.

Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed via one of the following methods:

Once Again Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, as we use third-party logistics. Only the product amount will be refunded.
